Registration fees ($100), Travel Insurance (Mandatory), Tips and gratuities to: Local Guides, Escorts, Motor Coach Drivers, Hotel & Restaurant Staff ($50 per person travelling to one country and $100 for more than one country; and is payable on the day of orientation to the Group Leader, before all documents are handed over to the Applicant), Visa charges: Israel - $100, Europe - $150, USA – $200, Turkey - $250, Jordan - $100, Egypt - $100, UK - $500, all other countries - $150), Lunch, All personal expenses such as Phone Calls, Laundry/Valet service, Beverages, Wines, Liquors, Tea, Coffee, Mineral Water, Food other than the table d'hote menu, Baggage Insurance, Excess baggage as per the lasted Airline rule, any other item(s) not specifically mentioned as included.

It is the responsibility of the Applicant to have a valid passport which is not less than twelve (12) months from the date of arrival at the destination region. It is the duty of the Applicant to apply for a visa at the nearest Embassy. In case Shareworld assist in the visa processing, they shall not be held responsible for any delay or refusal of the visa; and as such Applicant shall always hold Shareworld harmless. Approval of the visa is based on the discretion and decision of the Ministry of Interior at the destination or the Embassy of which Shareworld does not have control over it. Visa duration, Visa validity and the number of days Embassies use to work on a visa are not in the hands of Shareworld. Visa processing at the various Embassies or the Ministry of Interior at the destination country normally takes between 21 – 45 days after submission, but it can be extended beyond the said date in case of heavy workload, technical issues, extensive investigations, order from head office, etc. therefore, it is advisable for Applicants to make more room for the visa processing since there can be some delays beyond the control of Shareworld or Associated Partners. Applicant should be careful of purchasing Air Tickets, applying for leave at work, planning for other personal programs alongside the existing program, etc. since Embassies are on their own, and they do not work according to the plans, pleasure or pressure of any Applicant. No one qualifies for visa (not even a regular traveler), until it is issued. Once a visa is in process at the Embassy or the Ministry of Interior at destination, it shall not be the responsibility of Shareworld to retrieve the Passport on demand by the Applicant for whatever reason; therefore, it shall be the duty of the Applicant to wait until the visa process is completed or Applicant can use his/her own means to apply and retrieve the passport. The Ministry of Interior at the destination, Embassy, Shareworld and their Associated Partners have the right to request for a Bank Statement, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Introductory letter from Employer, Letter of Consent from Spouse, Pay Slips, etc. at any point in time and as such it shall be the responsibility of the Applicant to make preparation in advance. Note that submission of the above visa supporting documents to Shareworld’s office for examination purposes does not guarantee a visa. It is always not easy to secure visa, therefore if the visa is received and Applicant decides and concludes of not traveling for whatever reason, full amount shall be demanded from the Applicant since he/she has already been factored into the entire cost of the program as captured in the cancellation and refund policy. The fact that an Applicant has submitted application does not imply that the Applicant automatically qualifies to join the program. All applications are vetted carefully, and conclusions drawn by the Ministry of Interior at the destination, Embassy and Associated Partners, reasons for refusal shall not necessarily be provided to Applicant or sometimes a standard reason may only be given. Associated Partners shall not make any refund if a fake document is detected, therefore Applicant shall help to save this situation. utilized product(s) or service(s) shall be charged, as captured in the refund policy. The duration of a visa as well as the conditions shall be established by the Consular General of the destination region. In case of Group registration, Shareworld shall not get involved with their internal issues and that Applicant shall always hold Shareworld harmless. Upon the completion of visa processing, Courier service shall be used to deliver all documents to Shareworld and Shareworld shall also hand them over to the Group Leader for delivery, provided payments are already made. All communications regarding the trip shall be made through the Group Leader alone. If individual is joining a group, the person shall be classified as a member of the existing group. Please take note that this is an international program as Applicant have already indicated, the rules differ completely from a local program. This is a group travel and the rules also differ from individual travels that Applicant may be familiar with. In case of any dispute, this registration form that the Applicant purchased, read, filled and signed as a confirmation shall serve as the main document for resolution.

The prices and quotations given to the Applicant by Shareworld are based on United States Dollar /Euro /Pound Sterling/ as per Agreement/Quotation. This is because foreign nationals may also participate in the program. Local citizens' payments are made in local currency, or as preferred by Applicant. Quotations are subject to adjustment should the exchange rate change due to major currency fluctuation and/or unforeseen economic/fiscal circumstances. Although Shareworld has never changed its confirmed rates in the past, Shareworld would like to inform the Applicant that in the event of a major currency fluctuation and/or unexpected economic/fiscal circumstances or excessive expenditure experienced (e.g., where visa processing is delayed, leading to the increment of hotel or Airline prices; where Applicant make changes of his/her departure or the return date, etc.) Shareworld shall be compelled to do so. Quotations are clearly indicated on the supplementary sheet attached to this form.

To make a firm reservation, commitment and to be factored into the entire costing of the program, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount as specified in the supplementary sheet or an agreeable amount should accompany the Application form. The balance of any outstanding amount shall be paid within 3days after the visa is confirmed; but in case of late securing of visas which may affect departure date, then there shall be an immediate demand of final payment before visa or there shall be a change of travelling date. If any form of payment is delayed beyond the deadline date of registration, Shareworld shall be obliged to cancel the entire reservation and make no refund since Applicant has already been factored into the program. After visa, Applicant have up to 3days to settle any outstanding account, in case Applicant delay payment, there shall be a cancellation of the visa and any amount already paid shall not be refunded. Administration Service Charges of Three Hundred and Ninety-Five US Dollars/Euros/Pounds Sterling (395) (applicable currency) and any utilized services are non-refundable from the date the Applicant submits his/her application as indicated in the cancellation and refund policies. Under no circumstance shall an Applicant be allowed to travel if 100% payment of the total event cost has not been made. If the Applicant make part-payment and cancels the trip after visa has been obtained, there shall be a demand from Shareworld to the Applicant for the payment of the outstanding balance, since the Applicant’s participation is factored into the entire cost of the program as per his/her marked. There cannot be cancellation by Applicant during visa processing, after a visa is secured or no show at the Airport for embarkation for whatever reason. Shareworld shall not accept responsibility of the Applicant's borrowing of money from whatever sources, as this program is meant for matured and self-reliant Applicants above the age of eighteen (18). This means Shareworld shall deal with only the Applicant who signed the registration form and no other third party. In case of any misunderstanding, this registration form that the Applicant purchased, read, filled and signed as a confirmation shall serve as a guide to resolve all issues in Accra only.

It is the responsibility of the Applicant to ensure that he/she does not act in such a way as to cause offence or danger to themselves or others, or which risks damage to property or persons. Applicant shall be responsible for any injury or damage caused by his/her failure to act in a safe and proper manner. If an Applicant's behavior cannot be tolerated by Group Leader, Shareworld or the Associated Partners, Shareworld reserves the right to drop the Applicant without refund of Administrative Service Charges of Three Hundred and Ninety-Five (395) US Dollars/Euros/Pounds Sterling and any utilized services. It is advisable for the Applicant to be insured before embarking on the trip. For safety reasons, throughout the program, the Applicant agrees to observe all protocols or rules at various Embassies, Visa Centers, Airports, destination country etc. Shareworld shall not be responsible for Applicant who decide and conclude of using his/her own ideas or directions during the program. Applicant should note that the laws and regulations in his/her own country may differ from the laws at destination country therefore 'it’s my right' may not be applicable at destination or transit country. Where possible, Applicant may be required to provide a refundable guaranteed deposit required by the destination Authorities. Applicant should note that bed size, food, water or style of setting up table at dinning, etc. may differ from his/her home country.

Stakeholders of Shareworld providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements, hotel accommodations for the tour program, visa service, Insurance, restaurant, etc. are independent contractors and are not Agents or employees, therefore any coupons, receipts, application forms and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Stakeholders (e.g. Embassy visa fee is non-refundable, as specified in the application form). By utilizing the service of the Stakeholders, Applicant agree that Shareworld shall not be liable for any visa refusal, change in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, acts of war, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to Applicant or to those travelling with Applicant in connection with any accommodation, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown of equipment, delay or cancellation and changes in itinerary. Shareworld and/or Representatives of the Airlines concerned cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of Applicant at Airport or hotel due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or refund of unused tickets, coupons or hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotel holding rooms as confirmed itineraries; Applicant(s) must bear all such losses or expenses. Once Applicant is booked on a group program, whether Applicant participated fully or partially, the same amount shall be applicable, since Applicant is factored into the entire cost of the entire program. Shareworld is not a visa contractor or visa shopping company, therefore joining the program for visa’s sake or to use it for personal gain shall not be permitted. Minimum number of Ten {10} Applicants departing and returning at the same place and time is termed as a group {Example, Twenty people departing from Accra on 1 st January to Takoradi and the same number of Twenty returning on the 7 th of January to Accra.}. The only way to depart with a number less than Twenty is to increase the quotation; otherwise, Applicant shall wait until the number increases to Twenty or Shareworld shall add other group or individuals to the program, if available. In case the Applicant decides to travel outside the group schedule dates, there shall be a higher Air Ticket rate, since the Applicant becomes an individual Traveler, as per Airline Ticketing rules. Shareworld shall be responsible for same time arrangements only, so if Applicant arrives/departs late or earlier, Shareworld shall not be responsible for Taxi transfers, food, Hotel, and any incidental expenses. If the Applicant arrive late, Applicant cannot request to stay for more days to cover the lost days. In circumstances where trip cancellation results from the inability for trip to depart as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, act of God, or nature takes place, Shareworld shall not be liable for restitution. Though every effort shall be made to follow the itinerary, it should be considered as an indication of the tour, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits. Shareworld shall try to reserve places for Prayers/Mass and strive to be in places as indicated, however, sometimes this may not be possible as the site may not be available for Prayers / Mass, in this case an alternative site for Prayers / Mass will be arranged, if possible.

In the event of an Applicant's cancellation of travel, written notice must be received by Shareworld before the commencement of the trip. Once partial/full commitment deposit payment has been made, cancellations shall only be accepted in writing. Shareworld shall not accept phone calls for cancellation, except written which can be forwarded to the office by Hand, Email or Fax. Cancellation letter will then be forwarded to the Associated Partners for action. Since Applicant is factored into the entire cost of the program from the date of registration, as per his/her mark; there cannot be cancellation by Applicant during visa processing, no show at the Visa processing center, after visa is secured or no show at the Airport for embarkation for whatever reason. In case cancellation leads to refund, please refer to the refund policy and payment conditions.

Administration Service Charges of Three Hundred and Ninety-Five US Dollars/Euros/Pounds Sterling (395) (applicable currency) and any utilized services are non-refundable from the date of submission of Application to the office of Shareworld as repeated in several paragraphs. Where any part of the money paid is refundable, it shall take a minimum of 12weeks from the date Shareworld received the cancellation and refund letter. Refund shall be made in the same currency paid by the Applicant. There shall be no room for instant or immediate refund. In case the Applicant is a registered member of a group, refund shall only be made through the Group Leader by a Cheque which shall be valid for fourteen days from the date of issue. Take note that during visa processing, no show at the visa processing center, after securing visa, or no show at the Airport for embarkation, there shall be no refund of any part of the total amount charged since Applicant has already been factored into the entire cost of the program, as captured in the cancellation policy as well as payment conditions. Associated Partners shall not make refund if a fake document is detected, therefore Applicant shall help us to save this situation. In case of visa refusal, only the Administration charges and any utilized services shall be deducted from any amount deposited by the Applicant. Applicant shall take note that in case of epidemic, act of war, strike actions, acts of governments, riots, acts of God, etc. at destination or generating region as captured in the responsibility policy, refund shall not be possible but change of date for future travel shall be possible. Typical example was the Covid-19 era, where everyone was at home and all offices were closed; in such case the Applicant shall wait and travel later since refund shall not be possible. In case of any misunderstanding, this registration form that the Applicant purchased, read, filled and signed as a confirmation shall serve as a complete guide for Shareworld, Applicant and the Mediator.

The Ministry of Interior at destination, Embassies, Shareworld and other Associated Partners shall make background check and to ensure that Applicant does not abuse any immigration privileges which shall be extended to him/her since Shareworld's name and image shall be tagged with Applicant's visa application by the Embassy. Applicant shall take note that his/her visa belongs to Shareworld until the validity of the visa expires. Within Three (3) days of arrival from the destination, Applicant shall produce a colorful copy of the entry and departure stamps data page to Shareworld which will enable them to report back to the Embassy. Sometimes, Applicant may be requested to report in person to the Embassy with his/her passport. It is the custom of Shareworld, Hotels and the Group Leader to request for Applicant’s passport at the destination region for safekeeping until the time of departure to the country of origin. It shall be the responsibility of Applicant to re-check all documents he/she is submitting to the Embassy before subjected to finger print and interview, where required. Applicant shall report in writing, any disability requiring special attention to Shareworld at the time of registration for the program. Shareworld shall make every effort to accommodate disabled Applicant by reserving for them wheelchair assistance at Airports and handicap accessible rooms where available, however, Shareworld cannot guarantee and shall not be responsible for any denial. Shareworld shall not be responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after the program. In case of any special request, Applicant shall inform Shareworld in writing during registration and receive official confirmation. Due to the workload of some Embassies or technical reasons, visas sometimes delay of which Shareworld does not have control over it. In case an Applicant purchases his/her own Air Ticket, Insurance, etc. and the confirmed departure or return date of the group or itinerary changed, Shareworld shall not accept any responsibility. Shareworld does not recommend to Applicant to apply for leave or buy Air ticket until visa process is completed and travel dates are finally confirmed. It is mandatory for group members to stay together at all times. Applicant’s change of date to join any future group is accepted (via email only) but not less than ninety (90) days before the trip date, during visa processing, after successful completion of visa or absence at the Airport for embarkation, for whatever reason, in this situation, refund rules shall be applied. It shall not be the responsibility of Shareworld to handle claims of lost or delay baggage, cancellation or delay of flights; it shall be the duty of Applicant to lodge complain at the concern Airline or Insurance Company and claim all benefits, where possible. Food is served at various Airlines but during domestic trips (within European countries or less than four (4) hours flight) Airlines shall not offer food or drinks; therefore, it shall be the responsibility of Applicant to pay for the services, if in need. In case Group Leaders decide of wearing a standard uniform, Applicant shall agree and wear the same. Tip to drivers, guides, hotels as stated above is mandatory at the destination region. shall have the liberty to buy his/her own food at the nearest restaurant. It is strictly prohibited for Applicant to use program photos or videos to tarnish the image of any group member or Shareworld on a social media platform; in this case the Applicant alone shall be held responsible for his/her own action. In case of Applicant’s defamation, etc. to any member of the group, he /she shall suffer damages alone. Any personal complain shall be in writing, which shall be forwarded through the Group Leader to Shareworld within eight days after the end of the program; and that any issue raised after the said duration shall be null and void. There shall be no promise anywhere from Shareworld to Applicant apart from the information in this registration form that the Applicant purchased, read, filled and signed as a confirmation.

I certify that the registration form was purchased by me as a complete guide to the program. All the information contained in this form were supplied by me and they are correct and genuine. I confirm that I have read the terms and conditions of the program and that they are well understood. I have noted that the Administration Service Charges of Three Hundred and Ninety-Five US Dollars/Euros/Pounds Sterling (395) (applicable currency) and any utilized services are non- refundable, as captured in the refund policy as well as the payment conditions. I understand that the fact that a visa has been granted to me does not imply that it cannot be cancelled, or I shall be entitled to compensation if I fail to comply with the relevant provision at the point of departure, transit or entry and thus results to refusal of departure, transit or entry. The prerequisites for departure, transit or entry shall be checked again at the generating, transit or destination country. I agree that my application is subject to the above terms and conditions of Shareworld and their Associated Partners; and I confirm by submitting this Registration form.
