RESPONSIBILTY :
Stakeholders of Shareworld providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements, hotel accommodations for
the tour program, visa service, Insurance, restaurant, etc. are independent contractors and are not Agents or employees,
therefore any coupons, receipts, application forms and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by
Stakeholders (e.g. Embassy visa fee is non-refundable, as specified in the application form). By utilizing the service of the
Stakeholders, Applicant agree that Shareworld shall not be liable for any visa refusal, change in flight or itinerary schedule,
strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, acts of war, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs
regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to Applicant or to those travelling with Applicant in connection with any
accommodation, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions
beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown of equipment, delay or cancellation and changes in itinerary.
Shareworld and/or Representatives of the Airlines concerned cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of Applicant at
Airport or hotel due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or refund of unused tickets, coupons or
hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotel holding rooms as confirmed itineraries;
Applicant(s) must bear all such losses or expenses. Once Applicant is booked on a group program, whether Applicant
participated fully or partially, the same amount shall be applicable, since Applicant is factored into the entire cost of the entire
program. Shareworld is not a visa contractor or visa shopping company, therefore joining the program for visa’s sake or to use it
for personal gain shall not be permitted. Minimum number of Ten {10} Applicants departing and returning at the same place
and time is termed as a group {Example, Twenty people departing from Accra on 1 st January to Takoradi and the same number
of Twenty returning on the 7 th of January to Accra.}. The only way to depart with a number less than Twenty is to increase the
quotation; otherwise, Applicant shall wait until the number increases to Twenty or Shareworld shall add other group or
individuals to the program, if available. In case the Applicant decides to travel outside the group schedule dates, there shall be a
higher Air Ticket rate, since the Applicant becomes an individual Traveler, as per Airline Ticketing rules. Shareworld shall be
responsible for same time arrangements only, so if Applicant arrives/departs late or earlier, Shareworld shall not be responsible
for Taxi transfers, food, Hotel, and any incidental expenses. If the Applicant arrive late, Applicant cannot request to stay for
more days to cover the lost days. In circumstances where trip cancellation results from the inability for trip to depart as
scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, act of God, or nature takes place, Shareworld shall not be
liable for restitution. Though every effort shall be made to follow the itinerary, it should be considered as an indication of the
tour, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and
other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits. Shareworld shall try to reserve
places for Prayers/Mass and strive to be in places as indicated, however, sometimes this may not be possible as the site may
not be available for Prayers / Mass, in this case an alternative site for Prayers / Mass will be arranged, if possible.
